INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIB AND MIB GRADUATES
Please download the BIB and MIB Graduation Ceremony procedures and instructions here.
Read them carefully to prepare you for this important day. You will find at the end a room plan of the World Trade Center that will show you where you need to go according to instructions.
OFFICIAL PROGRAM FOR BIB AND MIB GRADUATES
IMPORTANT: Graduates and Guests will be required to show their tickets at the gates in order to enter the World Trade Center for the Graduation Ceremony and Grenoble Ecole de Management for the Gala. An identity document (e.g. passport, driver's licence or international student card) could be requested at the entrance.
Please PRINT and BRING the ticket(s) you have recieved by e-mail to the entrance of the event. The ticket can be also displayed on a smartphone but the screen light must be turned to maximun in order to scan it.

ARRIVAL TIME AND GATES
BIB, MIB and MSc Graduates and Guests who have registered and purchased their tickets via Weezevent should plan their arrival accordingly.
All BIB, MIB and MSc Graduates and Guests will be required to show their tickets at the gates in order to enter the World Trade Center for the Graduation Ceremony and Grenoble Ecole de Management for the Gala. An identity document (e.g. passport, driver's licence or international student card) could be requested at the entrance.
GATES - INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONY
BIB and MIB Graduates and Guests should plan their arrival by 1300hrs in order to be seated by 1345hrs for the start of the BIB and MIB Graduation Ceremony which begins at 1400hrs.
MSc Graduates and Guests should plan their arrival by 1400hrs in order to be seated by 1545hrs for the start of the MSc Graduation Ceremony which begins at 1600hrs.
Note: A Graduation Ceremony ticket allows admission into the World Trade Center for the Graduation Ceremony and the post-ceremony cocktail.
GATES - INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GALA
Dinner: Graduates and Guests should arrive by 1900hrs for the cocktail. Dinner will begin at 2000hrs.
Party: Graduates and Guests should arrive by 2230hrs for the party. The party will begin at 2300hrs.
Note: A Gala ticket allows admission into Grenoble Ecole de Management for the Gala (dinner and/or party according to the option). Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
