INFORMATION FOR GRADUATES
COLLECT YOUR DIPLOMA AFTER THE GRADUATION CEREMONY
Graduates will receive a symbolic diploma during the Graduation Ceremony.
After the ceremony, Graduates will be directed to the designated room at the World Trade Center according to the Ceremony
BIB and MIB: room 1 Kilimandjaro from 1515hrs to 1645hrs
MSC: room 1 Kilimandjaro from 1710hrs to 1745hours.

GRADUATES REGISTERED FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONY WHO CANNOT ATTEND
Graduates should contact their program coordinator to provide their full name, student number and the address to which their diploma should be sent.
If Graduates who are not attending the Graduation Ceremony have questions about their diploma and/or the delivery time, they should contact their program coordinator.
GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES
Any special requirements relating to mobility, visual or hearing impairment with regard to access to the World Trade Center please contact the Graduation Ceremony Team before Monday 10 March.
CLOAKROOM FACILITIES
GRADUATION CEREMONY - WORLD TRADE CENTER
Opening hours:
BIB and MIB Graduation Ceremony from 1300hrs to1645hrs
MSc Graduation Ceremony from 1400hrs to 1745hrs
GALA - GRENOBLE ECOLE DE MANAGEMENT
Opening hours: 1900hrs to 0400hrs
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Valuables should not be deposited in the cloakroom. Graduates and Guests are responsible for any articles or property left in the cloakroom.
Graduates and Guests should collect their property at the end of the Graduation Ceremony and the Gala. It is very important not to lose the cloakroom ticket.
DRESS CODE
GRADUATION CEREMONY DRESS CODE
Graduates must wear business attire.
Graduates will receive a sash during the check-in at the entrance of the World Trade Center.
Guests should wear business/smart attire, traditional dress and/or national dress or full military uniform.
GALA DRESS CODE
Graduates and guests should wear smart attire, traditional dress and/or national dress or full military uniform.
RESTRICTED ITEMS AND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
GRADUATION CEREMONY:
- No artificial noise makers, air horns or megaphones.
- No umbrellas, poles, banners, large signs, flags, laser pointers, or incendiary devices.
- No promotional items with commercial slogans or identification.
- No alcohol is permitted.
- Please Note: Due to safety regulations, no strollers are allowed into seated areas of the World Trade Center auditorium. Guests attempting to park strollers in these areas will be required to remove them. A stroller storage area will be provided for your convenience at the Word Trade Center cloakroom.
All items may be subject to search at the entrance of the World Trade Center.
GALA:

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
CHILDREN
Children at the Graduation Ceremony
Graduation is an important occasion for the whole family, children will be welcomed, but the following information should be noted:
- There is no ticket price reduction for children occupying seats. Children may not sit with Graduates: they must sit with the Guests.
- There are no crèche facilities available at World Trade Center and you must ensure that you take children out of the ceremony if they become unsettled.
- No unaccompanied children will be admitted to the auditorium.
- Due to safety regulations, no strollers are allowed into the auditorium. Guests attempting to park strollers in this area will be required to remove them. A stroller storage area will be provided for your convenience at the World Trade Center cloakroom.
Children at the Gala
The Gala dinner and the party are only for adults (18 years and over).

Graduates will receive an invitation to download the photos and the video of the Graduation Ceremony and the Gala in April 2014.

A professional photographer will take photos during the Graduation Ceremony and at the following events.
Graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony should follow the instructions according to the Ceremony:

SOUVENIRS: GEM STORE
GEM merchandise, including official clothing and souvenirs will be on sale in the World Trade Center.
VISITING THE CAMPUS
The Campus will be closed for the organization of the evening Gala; Graduates and Guests may only access the campus parking via Rue de la Frise.
PARKING
Graduates and Guests may access the campus parking via Rue de la Frise.
The Graduation and Gala Team will provide access to the parking from 1300hrs to 1745hrs and from 1930hrs to 0400hrs. Parking outside these hours is prohibited.
