Establish your role as a leader, reinforce credibility and create a strong winning culture across the entire organization. The class will discuss how leaders can develop agile organizations capable of evolving and adapting to constant change.

Innovation

How to create and manage a highly-innovative organization? How to establish a virtuous circle of innovation within your organization? The class will discuss how to foster innovation and create a learning culture, establish effective dissemination of knowledge within the organization, put it to use in developing new products and services.
