PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to help executives gain practical insights and new perspective on challenges in creating and leading high- performing innovative organizations.
OVERVIEW
In today's highly competitive world, innovation and knowledge has become the dominant source of competitive advantage. Successful organizations are those that are able to continuously change and reinvent itself, consistently create new knowledge, share and transfer it within and across the organization and finally use it to create new products and services. The workshop will cover critical business challenges related to leading high-performing innovative organizations. The role of visionary and inspiring leadership and the importance of strategy execution are discussed on practical examples.

Leadership
What drives high performance? What are the attributes of high-performing organizations and successful leaders? Establish your role as a leader, reinforce credibility and create a strong winning culture across the entire organization. The class will discuss how leaders can develop agile organizations capable of evolving and adapting to constant change.
Innovation
How to create and manage a highly-innovative organization? How to establish a virtuous circle of innovation within your organization? The class will discuss how to foster innovation and create a learning culture, establish effective dissemination of knowledge within the organization, put it to use in developing new products and services.
Change Management
How to behave and lead in a changing environment? How to lead change and make it stick? The class will discuss how to lead and manage change across the organization and make it a part of the corporate culture.
Strategy Execution
How to integrate high-performance and innovation as an essential part of your corporate strategy? How to support and enable successful strategy execution across the organization? Through various cases, the class will discuss methods and examples of how high-performing and innovative companies deal with strategy execution.
FACULTY
Sinisa Krajnovic is a senior executive in Ericsson with long and varied international management experience. Since 2011 he has been living in Stockholm, Sweden. He works in Ericsson as Vice President and Head of Development Unit Radio, leading a global development organization consisting of 10,000+ engineers. Sinisa earned his PhD degree from the University of Zagreb and has completed executive education programs at Columbia University (US), Cranfield University (UK), IMD (CH), and ISB (IN). He is a professor at the leading business school in Croatia, Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and program director of their General MBA Program. He was a co-founder and the first president of the Croatian branch of the Project Management Institute, the leading global project management organization. Sinisa has extensive multicultural experience and understanding gained through living and working in Croatia, UK, Ireland, Japan, Hungary and Sweden.
