LE PASS EST OBLIGATOIRE POUR ACCÉDER A LA CONVENTION

*Paiement par carte bancaire :

Achetez le PASS de votre choix directement sur la billetterie en ligne et suivez les instructions. Attention certaines informations sont obligatoires pour pouvoir enregistrer votre paiement. Après validation de votre paiement, vous recevrez un mail de la billetterie avec votre billet à télécharger. Il faudra l’imprimer et le présenter le jour de la convention avec votre pièce d’identité afin de récupérer votre pass.

*Paiement par virement bancaire :

Nous acceptons le paiement par virement. Il vous suffit de nous envoyer un mail à guestseventsinfos@gmail.com en précisant l’ensemble de vos coordonnées (nom, prénom, adresse complète, pays, numéro de téléphone et une adresse mail) ainsi que le PASS que vous avez choisi. Les instructions vous seront  adressées par retour de mail.

*Paiement en plusieurs fois:

Les Pass PLATINE ET OR  peuvent être payés en 2 fois. Sur la billetterie, vous sélectionnez d’abord le PAIEMENT N°1. Vous avez 30 jours maximum pour sélectionner le PAIEMENT N°2 afin de valider votre pass. Vous devrez donc le jour de la convention présenter vos 2 billets imprimés afin de récupérer votre pass. Très important : délai à respecter impérativement sous peine d’annulation de votre achat sans remboursement. Votre Pass et emplacement en salle vous seront attribués après validation du dernier paiement.

Les MINEURS de moins de 16 ANS doivent OBLIGATOIREMENT être accompagnés d’une personne majeure MUNIE D’UN PASS. (L'accompagnant peut avoir un  pass différent)

PASS IS MANDATORY TO ACCESS TO THE CONVENTION

-By Credit Card

Purchase your pass directly on the ticketing website and follow the instructions.  Attention, some information will be mandatory to record your payment. After your purchase validation, you will receive an email from our ticketing with your ticket to download. You have to print it and to show it with your ID the day of the convention to get your pass.

 -By Bank Transfer

We accept payment by transfer. You just have to send us an email to guestseventsinfos@gmail.com with all your general information (surname, first name, full address, country, phone number and email address) and the pass that you choose. Instructions will be sending back to you by email.

 -By installments

PLATINE AND OR passes can be purchased in 2 installments. Directly on our web ticketing, first you select PAIEMENT N°1. You have 30 days maximum to select PAIEMENT N°2 to validate your pass. The day of the convention you will have to show both tickets and your ID to get your pass.

Very important: You have to respect this deadline of 30 days or your purchase will be automatically canceled without refund. Your pass and your seat number will be assigned after validation of the second payment.

MINORS under 16 yrs old MUST Be accompanied by an adult who already HAVE A PASS. (The pass can be different)
