Timetable
Please ensure that you arrive with sufficient time to prepare your machine and book on at registration between 0700hrs and 0830hrs. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT YOUR DRIVING LICENCE DISPLAYING MOTORCYCLE ENTITLEMENT, YOUR TICKET AND COMPLETED FITNESS DECLERATION FORM (IF YOU DID NOT COMPLETE & UPLOAD DURING TICKET PURCHASE). Please ensure you have these documents to hand to avoid delays. Allow yourself time to register and take advantage of the catering facilities that will be ready to serve you breakfast rolls, teas and coffee etc. You must attend the briefing at 0830hrs. This is a mandatory briefing. You will not be allowed on circuit if you do not attend the briefing in full. If briefing is delayed by late comers then your time on circuit will be affected so please help us to help you enjoy your day and arrive in good time and register as early as you can to avoid delays in the starting of the day. It is advisable to arrive at the paddock with a full fuel tank.

Entrances
Where to Go
Please enter RAF Waddington through Crash Gate A via Barn Farm off the A607 directly onto the Aircraft Manoeuvre Area (AMA) An alternative entrance will be made available to avoid congestion and uneven surface at Crash Gate B. The alternative entrance is located just off the B1178 (See map below).
Signposts will be present on the day. LOOK OUT FOR ARD SIGNAGE
NOTE. The event cannot be accessed through RAF Waddington Station main gate. Any riders attempting to do so will be directed to the A607 or A15 entrances, depending on the time of day.
