En tant que praticien dévoué de la CNV, vous savez à quel point la CNV peut être transformatrice. Vous recevez une invitation à partager la CNV avec un groupe ou une organisation. Vous entrez, prêt à partager le pouvoir de l'empathie et à guider les gens à travers les étapes du processus. À la fin, les gens vous remercient, mais la plupart d'entre eux ne reviennent pas pour un prochain cours. - Apprendre à utiliser la facilitation graphique pour soutenir l’apprentissage.
- Utiliser ces compétences pour créer des documents de marketing qui attirent les gens et aident à remplir vos formations.
- Apprendre à faire le lien entre l’enseignement fondé sur les principes (« Principle Based Teaching ») et un style visuel de facilitation.
- Élaborer des supports de formation qui illustrent visuellement les concepts qui sont à la base de votre formation.
Lors de cet atelier, vous appliquerez ces techniques à au moins un groupe avec lequel vous aimeriez travailler, vous aurez plus de clarté sur ce que vous pouvez leur offrir et aurez défini la structure votre formation.
Public : quiconque partageant la CNV, avec au moins une solide compréhension des concepts et des principes de la CNV.
Environ 25 % de théorie, 75 % de pratique/mise en œuvre.
Ce stage sera suivi, au même endroit, par une formation intensive en CNV.

Entre les soussignés GOLDEN GLAC ci-après désigné « l’organisateur du stage » d’une part,

Celui ou celle qui passe la commande via la plateforme Weezevent.

¨confirme avoir pris connaissance du règlement intérieur
¨donne son accord pour que ses coordonnées soient transmises aux autres participants (pour faciliter le covoiturage et le soutien mutuel...) et figurent dans les fichiers de l’évènement.
Ci-après désigné « le stagiaire » d’autre part,
Article I – OBJET
En exécution du présent contrat, l’organisateur du stage s’engage à organiser l’événement intitulé « NVC Pre-Intensive Workshops »
Article 2 – NATURE ET CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU STAGE
L’événement est un stage de développement personnel et ne peut entrer dans la catégorie de la formation professionnelle continue.
Le programme détaillé du stage sera précisé progressivement d’ici juin 2019.
A l’issue, une attestation de participation sera délivrée au stagiaire.
L'événement commencera le 16 juin 2019 au matin et se terminera le 19 juin 2019 dans l'après-midi.
Article 3 – NIVEAU DE CONNAISSANCE PREALABLE NECESSAIRE AVANT LE STAGE
Ce stage ne demande pas de pré-requis. Il est accessible à toute personne, qu’elle ait déjà fait ou pas des stages en Communication Non Violente.
En revanche, il est fortement conseillé de maîtriser soit le Français soit l’Anglais pour pouvoir suivre ce stage.
Article 4 – ORGANISATION DU STAGE
Le stage aura lieu à Trimurti, 642 Chemin du Val de Perrier, à Cogolin : www.trimurti.fr
Il est organisé pour un effectif entre 40 et 60 stagiaires.
Le stage sera animé par Roxy Manning (USA) formatrice certifiée par le CNVC, basé à ALBUQUERQUE, Nouveau-Mexique (USA), selon le processus de Marshall B. Rosenberg, et par Mireille Van Bremen (Slovénie). Elles seront secondées par des assistants-formateurs.
Une équipe de traducteurs assurera la traduction de l’Anglais vers le Français et du Français vers l’Anglais lors de chacun des ateliers proposés.
Les horaires précis vous seront envoyés quelques semaines avant le début du stage.
Concernant l’hébergement, chaque stagiaire réserve et paie directement son hébergement auprès de Trimurti, une fois son inscription validée.
Sauf cas particulier, l’hébergement se fait sur le lieu du stage, celui-ci étant un « résidentiel ». L’intention est de vivre tous ensemble la Communication Non Violente en immersion, c’est-à-dire également en dehors des heures de stage.
Article 5 – DELAI DE RETRACTATION
Il est rappelé que, dans un délai de 10 jours à compter de l’acceptation du présent contrat, le stagiaire peut se rétracter par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception adressée à l’organisateur. Dans ce cas, aucune somme ne peut être exigée du stagiaire.
Article 6 – DISPOSITIONS FINANCIERES
Le prix de l’action de formation est un tarif libre à partir de 500 € TTC (Cinq cent euros), soit 125 € TTC/ jour.
Les modalités de paiement de la somme incombant au stagiaire sont les suivantes :
Le stagiaire effectue, pour confirmer son inscription, un paiement intégral en ligne sur la plateforme Weezevent.
Si le stagiaire est amené à annuler sa participation, un montant pourra être retenu sur le remboursement selon la date de l’annulation :
30% seront retenus si annulation avant le 15 décembre 2018 minuit.
50% seront retenus si annulation avant le 15 février 2019 minuit.
Après cette date, l’intégralité sera conservée par l’organisateur, sauf cas de force majeure (voir article 7).
Les frais de déplacement et d’hébergement sont en sus, à la charge du bénéficiaire et à régler directement à la structure d’accueil, Trimurti.
Article 7 – INDEMNITÉ EN CAS DE DÉDIT ET INTERRUPTION DU STAGE
Il est rappelé que si, par suite de force majeure dûment reconnue, le stagiaire est empêché de suivre le stage, il peut rompre le présent contrat de façon anticipée. Dans ce cas, seules les prestations de formation effectivement dispensées sont payées à l’organisateur, à due proportion de leur valeur prévue au contrat.
En revanche, en cours d’exécution du présent contrat, sous réserve du délai de rétractation visé à l’article 5 du présent contrat et indépendamment du cas de force majeure visé à l’alinéa précédent, toute annulation ou dédit intervenant à l’initiative du stagiaire, portant sur tout ou partie de la commande, donnera lieu à la conservation de tout ou partie de la somme par l’organisateur :
30% seront retenus si annulation avant le 15 décembre 2018 minuit.
50% seront retenus si annulation avant le 15 février 2019 minuit.
Après cette date, l’intégralité sera conservée par l’organisateur, sauf cas de force
Article 8 – CAS DE DIFFÉREND
Toutes les contestations qui pourraient s’élever à l’occasion de ce contrat et ne pourraient être réglées à l’amiable, seront portées devant un médiateur choisi par les parties et à défaut d’accord sur le médiateur, devant le tribunal de grande instance de Paris.
Article 9 –PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les documents élaborés par l’organisateur et remis aux stagiaires (documents pédagogiques, fichiers...) sont réservés uniquement à usage interne et personnel des stagiaires lesquels ont obligation d’en citer les sources. Ils ne peuvent être diffusés, ni utilisés par une tierce partie.
La commande passée sur la plateforme Weezevent vaut validation des présentes conditions générales.

How do we speak up courageously yet compassionately when we experience or witness differential treatment based on social identities, on both large and small scales? - Identify ways to talk about differences in access to power, rank and privilege that connect rather than distance us
- Learn strategies to speak up about social injustice that move away from blaming and shaming but still retain their full power
- Understand the many ways NVC consciousness can empower social change work to increase cohesion and effectiveness

As a devoted NVC practitioner, you know how transformative NVC can be. You receive an invitation to share NVC with a group or organization. You go in, ready to share the power of empathy, to guide people through the steps of the process. And at the end, people thank you but most of them don’t return for a follow-up class. Are you yearning to share NVC in a way that helps people connect immediately to the value it can have for their lives? That leaves them inspired and ready to dive in and learn more? This workshop is for you:
- Identify the challenges that lead people to seek out NVC trainings
- Hone in on the specific NVC principles that will speak most clearly to your audience
- Develop a training that helps people see how to apply NVC to their situations
- Design and select activities that speak to the needs of those in the room
- Learn to use graphic facilitation to support learning
- Use these skills to craft marketing materials that draw people in and help fill your room
- Learn how to how to link Principle Based teaching to a visual style of facilitating
- Work on developing training materials that visually illustrate the concepts that are the the basis for your training
Audience: anyone who shares NVC, with at least a solid understanding of NVC concepts and principles.

This workshop will be followed, at the same location, by an intensive training in NVC.

The event is a personal development course and cannot fall into the category of continuing professional development.
The detailed training programme will be progressively refined by June 2019.
At the end, a certificate of participation will be issued to the trainee.
The event will begin on the morning of June 16, 2019 and end in the afternoon on June 19, 2019.
Article 3 - PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE LEVEL BEFORE THE TRAINING
This course does not require any prerequisites. It is accessible to all people, whether or not they have already done training courses in Non Violent Communication.
On the other hand, it is strongly advised to master either French or English to be able to follow this course.
Article 4 - ORGANIZATION OF THE TRAINING
The course will take place in Trimurti, 642 Chemin du Val de Perrier, Cogolin: www.trimurti.fr

Concerning accommodation, each trainee reserves and pays directly for his accommodation with Trimurti, once his registration has been validated.
Except in special cases, accommodation is provided at the place of the course, which is a "residential" course. The intention is to live non-violent communication together in immersion, i.e. also outside of the training hours.
Article 5 - DELAY OF RETRACTATION
It is reminded that, within 10 days from the acceptance of this contract, the trainee may withdraw by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the organiser. In this case, no amount may be required from the trainee.
Article 6 - FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
The price of the training action is a free price starting from 500 € TTC (Five hundred euros), that is 125 € TTC/ day.
The terms of payment of the sum payable by the trainee are as follows:
The trainee makes, to confirm his registration, a full payment online on the Weezevent platform.
If the trainee has to cancel his participation, an amount may be deducted from the refund depending on the date of cancellation:
30% will be retained if cancellation before December 15, 2018 midnight.
50% will be retained if cancellation before February 15, 2019 midnight.
After this date, the entirety will be kept by the organiser, except in cases of force majeure (see article 7).
Travel and accommodation expenses are extra, payable by the beneficiary and to be paid directly to the host structure, Trimurti.
Article 7 - INDEMNITY IN CASE OF DEDIT AND INTERRUPTION OF THE TRAINING
It is reminded that if, as a result of duly recognized force majeure, the trainee is prevented from attending the course, he may terminate this contract early. In this case, only the training services actually provided shall be paid to the organiser in proportion to their contract value.
On the other hand, during the execution of this contract, subject to the withdrawal period referred to in Article 5 of this contract and regardless of the case of force majeure referred to in the preceding paragraph, any cancellation or cancellation occurring at the initiative of the trainee, relating to all or part of the order, will give rise to the retention of all or part of the sum by the organiser:

Article 8 - DIFFEREND CASES
All disputes that may arise on the occasion of this contract and could not be settled amicably, will be brought before a mediator chosen by the parties and failing agreement on the mediator, before the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris.
Article 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPRIETY
All documents prepared by the organiser and given to the trainees (educational documents, files, etc.) are for internal and personal use only by the trainees, who are obliged to cite the sources. They may not be distributed or used by a third party.
