Host authors Dr Mark McKergow and Helen Bailey, French host leadership pioneers Géry Derbier and Laurent Sarrazin and USA-based Agile guru Alistair Cockburn invite you to join us for learning, exploration, dialogue and, above all, new ideas on using and benefiting from leading as a host. 

Monday 28 May 2018  (afternoon) an  Introductory training in Host Leadership with Géry Derbier and Laurent Sarrazin will be ideal for learning and refreshing your ideas about the many aspects of this exciting new field.

Tuesday 29 May 2018 is the day of the Host Leadership Gathering with keynotes from Mark McKergow, Helen Bailey and Alistair Cockburn, plus workshops with internationally recognised host leadership practitioners and Open Space for emergent topics and questions.  You are invited (and encouraged) to bring along questions to ask, experiences to share, difficulties to address and challenges to work on.
