ABSTRACT:
The main goal of the BusinessMentoring programme is to help small, middle enterprises - and startups - based in Luxembourg perpetuate their business success: it involves time commitment and specific efforts by a more experienced business leader to the development of a mutually beneficial, supportive and nurturing relationship with a less experienced entrepreneur, on a 12 or 18-month basis. So far, about 80 business leaders have received support from a mentor!
Any mentorship is based on values such as trust and honesty, transparency, mutual commitment and confidentiality. You are attracted to this concept but are wondering how to forge an effective mentoring relationship? You would like to gather additional information about mentors and/or mentees attitudes, roles and expectations?
Whether you are a future mentor or a mentee, this event may help you understand the inner workings of a mentoring relationship.
