Lawrence Philbrook is one of founders of IAF (International Association of Facilitation) and the current President of ICAI (The Institut of Cultural Affairs International). Lawrence Philbrook has been designing processes for teams and leaders in varied cultural settings in Asia for over twenty years. Lawrence joined the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) in 1972 and has done extensive company and community-based projects in over 30 nations. For the past 18 years he has been the director of ICA Taiwan. His key skill is in design and facilitation of processes which help recover a sense of respect and trust as a basis for establishing organizations that can learn and change. Most of his work is utilizing facilitation in long term change process for communities and organizations. His client list includes more than 50 multinational organizations as well as local companies and government organizations. Current projects include corporate projects across Asia and work on Appreciative Leadership with the United Nations in N & S America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Lan LEVY: Lan est Facilitatrice Formatrice, formée en 2003 auprès de l&rsquoInstitut des Affaires Culturels (ICA) et certifiée formatrice ToP (Technology of Participation) en 2005. Depuis, elle ne cesse d&rsquoappliquer les méthodes et techniques de la facilitation. Au Vietnam, elle a organisé avec son équipe une centaine de conférences, ateliers et formations. Elle a travaillé avec tout type de public et un large éventail d&rsquoorganisation.
Lan croit profondément à la richesse de chacun et à l&rsquoénorme potentiel de l&rsquointelligence collective d&rsquoun groupe. Les résultats qu&rsquoelle a observés l&rsquoont définitivement convaincue de partager sa passion de la facilitation et de développer le métier de facilitateur en France.
