CAPITULO I

DENOMINACIÓN, FINES, DOMICILIO Y ÁMBITO 

 

DENOMINACIÓN

Artículo 1.- Bajo el nombre de ASOCIACIÓN TIME IS ART, se constituye una Asociación sin ánimo de lucro, en la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación.
Dicha Asociación se regirá por los preceptos de la citada Ley de Asociaciones, por los presentes Estatutos en cuanto no estén en contradicción con la Ley, por los acuerdos válidamente adoptados por sus órganos de gobierno, siempre que no sean contrarios a la Ley y/o a los Estatutos, y por las disposiciones reglamentarias que se aprueben. La Asociación se constituye por tiempo indefinido.

 

FINES QUE SE PROPONE

Artículo 2.- Los fines de esta Asociación son:

  1. Preservar y difundir el conocimiento de la cultura amazónica y sus tradiciones

    ancestrales.

  2. Difundir los conocimientos etnobotánicos de las culturas amazónicas y la investigación

    de sus posibles aplicaciones terapéuticas.

  3. La creación de vínculos que constituyan un puente entre las culturas de América del Sur y Europa.

  4. Abogar por el reconocimiento del derecho al bienestar, en el sentido más amplio del término, como derecho fundamental.

  5. Apoyar a los ciudadanos en su desarrollo y crecimiento personal.

  6. Sensibilizar al público sobre el necesario equilibrio que debe existir entre cuerpo, alma y

    espíritu para llevar una vida saludable.

  7. La organización de todo tipo eventos culturales, artísticos, culinarios, holísticos, festivos

    y participativos que supongan un intercambio entre las diferentes culturas.

  8. El fomento de actividades de capacitación y coaching en prácticas culinarias,

    nutricionales, comunicativas, artísticas y holísticas.

  9. Dar a los asociados la posibilidad de conocer y adquirir todo tipo de productos étnicos,

    artesanales, botánicos y, alimenticios.

  10. La organización de todo tipo de cursos talleres, charlas, ceremonias y seminarios sobre las culturas nativas de América del Sur y, en general, sobre los fines propios de la Asociación.

  11. La protección del medio ambiente y el patrimonio natural, histórico, artístico, arquitectónico, antropológico. En especial, la asociación fomentará todas aquellas actividades que tengan por fin la preservación de las culturas del Amazonas y de las selvas en las que estas se han desarrollado.

  12. El fomento y desarrollo de todas aquellas acciones, medidas, estudios y, en general, cualquier tipo de actividad que promueva la defensa y el respeto por el medio ambiente, la biodiversidad y el desarrollo sostenible.

  1. La creación y habilitación de espacios y locales adecuados para la creación, producción, exhibición, exposición y distribución de todo tipo de creaciones artísticas; especialmente de la artesanía de los pueblos nativos del Amazonas y de América del Sur.

  2. La organización de cursos, talleres, mesas redondas, coloquios, foros, encuentros culturales, charlas, etc. para la promoción de una alimentación sana.

  3. La creación de vínculos de colaboración con otras entidades y asociaciones tanto del territorio español como del extranjero y el apoyo a cualesquiera personas, físicas o jurídicas, cuyos fines u objeto sean de análoga significación a los de esta asociación

La asociación, para el cumplimiento de sus fines podrá:

Desarrollar actividades económicas de todo tipo, encaminadas a la realización de sus fines o a allegar recursos con ese objetivo.

Adquirir y poseer bienes de todas clases y por cualquier título, así como celebrar actos y contratos de todo género.

Ejercitar toda clase de acciones conforme a las Leyes y a sus Estatutos.

 

DOMICILIO SOCIAL

Artículo 3.- El domicilio principal de esta Asociación estará ubicado en Palma de Mallorca 07010 (Illes Balears), carretera Valldemossa 36, Atico,  como sede provisional; sin perjuicio de que la Asamblea General pueda acordar en cualquier momento el cambio a otro lugar mediante la modificación de los presentes estatutos, así como crear las delegaciones y representaciones que considere oportunas en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Illes Balears.

 

ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL

Artículo 4.- El ámbito territorial en el que desarrollará principalmente sus funciones comprende todo el territorio la Comunidad Autónoma de Illes Balears.

 

DURACIÓN

Artículo 5.- Esta Asociación se constituye por tiempo indefinido.

STATUTES of the TIME IS ART ASSOCIATION

CHAPTER I NAME, PURPOSES, ADDRESS AND SCOPE
 
DENOMINATION
Article 1.- Under the name of TIME IS ART ASSOCIATION, a non-profit Association is constituted, in Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association.
Said Association will be governed by the precepts of the aforementioned Associations Law, by these Statutes insofar as they are not in contradiction with the Law, by the agreements validly adopted by its governing bodies, provided they are not contrary to the Law and/or to the Statutes, and by the regulatory provisions that are approved. The Association is established for an indefinite period.
 
PURPOSES PROPOSED
Article 2.- The purposes of this Association are:
a. Preserve and disseminate knowledge of Amazonian culture and its traditions
ancestral.
b. Disseminate ethnobotanical knowledge of Amazonian cultures and research
of its possible therapeutic applications.
c. The creation of links that constitute a bridge between the cultures of South America and Europe.
d. Advocate for the recognition of the right to well-being, in the broadest sense of the term, as a fundamental right.
and. Support citizens in their development and personal growth.
F. Sensitize the public about the necessary balance that must exist between body, soul and
spirit to lead a healthy life.
g. The organization of all kinds of cultural, artistic, culinary, holistic, festive events
and participatory activities that involve an exchange between different cultures.
h. The promotion of training and coaching activities in culinary practices,
nutritional, communicative, artistic and holistic.
Yo. Give associates the opportunity to learn about and purchase all kinds of ethnic products,
craft, botanical and food.
j. The organization of all kinds of courses, workshops, talks, ceremonies and seminars on the native cultures of South America and, in general, on the aims of the Association.
k. The protection of the environment and the natural, historical, artistic, architectural, anthropological heritage. In particular, the association will promote all those activities that aim to preserve the cultures of the Amazon and the jungles in which they have developed.
L. The promotion and development of all those actions, measures, studies and, in general, any type of activity that promotes the defense and respect for the environment, biodiversity and sustainable development.
m. The creation and fitting out of suitable spaces and premises for the creation, production, display, exhibition and distribution of all kinds of artistic creations; especially the crafts of the native peoples of the Amazon and South America.
no. The organization of courses, workshops, round tables, symposia, forums, cultural meetings, talks, etc. for the promotion of healthy eating.
either. The creation of collaboration links with other entities and associations both in Spain and abroad and support for any person, physical or legal, whose purposes or object are of similar significance to those of this association.
The association, for the fulfillment of its purposes, may:
Develop economic activities of all kinds, aimed at achieving their goals or to allocate resources for that purpose.
Acquire and possess assets of all kinds and by any title, as well as celebrate acts and contracts of all kinds.
Exercise all kinds of actions in accordance with the Laws and its Bylaws.
 
REGISTERED OFFICE
Article 3.- The main domicile of this Association will be located in Palma de Mallorca 07010 (Illes Balears), carretera Valldemossa 36, Atico, as provisional headquarters; without prejudice to the fact that the General Assembly can agree at any time to change to another place by modifying these statutes, as well as creating the delegations and representations that it deems appropriate in the area of ​​the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.
 
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Article 4.- The territorial area in which it will mainly carry out its functions includes the entire territory of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.
 
DURATION
Article 5.- This Association is constituted for an indefinite period of time.
