What's your attitude like? The quality that distinguishes a successful person from others is how they manage disappointment and loss. If we look at losses as opportunities we become undefeatable! Losses weaken us; imprison, paralyse and dishearten us. To be successful we need to find ways to become unstuck.
The ideas that we will discuss are:
- Mistakes are essential to learning
- When opportunity comes it's too late to prepare!
- The difference between results and potential - meet the stick man
- Don't live your life saying, 'Someday I'll....' Start today!
This is a participative workshop to ensure that we all add value to each other. Come with your big goals and dreams in mind.

Workshop 1: Learn the secrets of high performance communication– Clara Moraru, Founder Inspiring Wo-Men Business Club, Group Moraru sàrl - EN – www.inspiringWo-Men.eu
(M-L Glaesener)
Once upon a time, information was power. Now you can get all the data you need in a heartbeat so influencing someone by simply offering information doesn’t work. Recent research has revealed the dirty secret of the human brain: decisions are made not on the left side of the brain (which deals with facts and logic) but on the right side of the brain (which deals with emotions, metaphors, humour, stories…).
This workshop will help you understand what you need to know if you wish to truly communicate with another person or with a group.
Workshop 2: Better Relationships mean Increased Profitability - Pascale Schuman, senior trainer, fast – EN – www.fasttraining.eu
(E. Kampa, K. Pazitna)
Relationships are key but surprisingly so many people get it so wrong. This high impact session which is reality-based will improve your business relationship-building. You cannot afford to miss this workshop.
This powerful interactive session where delegate abilities and skills will be tested to the limit. Participants will learn how to build a meaningful and lasting relationship in a safe but challenging environment. The workshop takes the form of a two-on-one coaching session where the interaction between the delegate and one coach is video-recorded, whilst being observed by the other coach.
After the fast Reality™ session, the delegate and the two coaches join together for a feedback and objective-setting session that uses the video-playback to create “see yourself as others see you” perspective. This perspective is extremely powerful in creating change for each individual.
Objectives:
° Improve interaction with clients
° Recognise links between behaviours + customer reaction
° Establish + build rapport with communication style
° Use the language of influence
° Understand + avoid common communication mistakes that create negative reactions

In today's business world, the most effective leaders are alike in one crucial way: they all have a high degree of Emotional Intelligence (EI). - What exactly is Emotional Intelligence?
- Which are the components that define Emotional Intelligence?
- How can you recognize Emotional Intelligence in yourself? Are you aware of your Emotional Leadership style?
- How can a follower tell if a leader has high Emotional Intelligence? What is the impact?
- How to improve your Emotional Intelligence skills to achieve Inspired leadership?

- quelle vision ?
- quel savoir-être?
- quelles règles d'or ?
