We invite you to discover Habitat 67, the residential complex imagined by Moshe Safdie as part of Expo 67, the Montreal 1967 Universal Exhibition.
The 90-minute visit will let you discover this unique architectural gem and learn more about its origins and its evolution throughout the last 50 years. Your guide will lead you through the various areas of the complex, such as the walkways, the pedestrian streets as well as the the suspended terraces of this international historical landmark.
MEETING POINT FOR ALL VISITS: Entrance of Habitat 67 (2600, Pierre-Dupuy), next to the main gate, which is located next to the tennis court, close to the pont de la Concorde. For exact coordinates via Google Maps, click here.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- This visit will take place in English.
- Please note that due to renovation work currently underway, we cannot guarantee your visit will include a residential unit at this time.
- It is not possible to park at Habitat 67. A free, public parking is located nearby at the Parc de la Cité-du-Havre. We can’t guarantee any parking availability.
- Since the group will visit various areas inside the complex, no latecomers will be allowed and it will not be possible to join the group once the visit has started. We invite you to plan your travelling time accordingly and arrive ahead of the visit starting time.
- Due to the presence of stairs, which are part of the original design of the building, please note the visit is not accessible. We are truly sorry.
