0830-0915 - Players Arrival

0915-0930 - Players in dressing rooms

0930-1000 - Players warm up

1000-1200 - Morning sessions

1200-1215 - Warm Down

1215-1230 - Players return to dressing room

1230-1400 - Lunch

1400-1600 - Afternoon Sessions

1600-1630 - Snack

1630 - Pick up

Sessions will be fun and challenging for age groups 5-15
