Not only do we need to eat differently when we train, compete and exercise regularly but also as women we need to look at the way we digest and assimilate nutrients to support our endocrine & nervous system (hormonal balance).

This workshop is based on ancient and holistic ways of using herbs, roots, medicinal mushroom, seeds and spices - translated into a modern-day approach and daily use.

With this knowledge women learn how to stabilize their hormonal im-balances, support their adrenal glands and treat PMS and emotional distress naturally.

Along with nutrition and an active lifestyle, cosmetics also need to be carefully chosen.

• About Lisa Müller 

As a dancer, yogi, athlete and classically trained chef, Lisa has been exploring the world studying different cultures, cuisines, movement and ancient healing techniques for over 15 years.

Her desire to create healthy and delicious food for active people and athletes has gained recognition internationally – she has worked in NYC, London, Cornwall, Miami, Melbourne, Bali, Berlin, Vienna, South Africa and France. She is the founder of the innovative plant based & "active food" restaurant LAB KITCHEN inside the adidas Runbase Berlin and sold the restaurant 2017 in order to travel again and share her skills and inspiration. 

Currently  based in the South West of France, she is catering for various yoga, surfing, performance and mixed movement arts events, as well as teaching active food workshops, leading matcha ceremonies and helping athletes - with a focus on women - finding balance through nutrition, training and recovery.
