In the special circunstances we are going through today, HOPE is a positive emotion that is even more than before a resource to rely on.

This workshop is for any person interested to know more about HOPE, about how we can connect to it and rely on it consciously.

This workshop IN ENGLISH will help you to :

• Understand what is HOPE and how Positive Psychology defines and develops HOPE
• To experiment via simple exercises how HOPE can be developed an reinforced via techniques or practices using our mind and our body.
• To apply in the special situation we are going through today.
• To share, meet and exchange with other people on line.
